Shipping from China

We dispatch orders from China within 2 days of receiving your order. Delivery to major destinations typically takes 10–14 days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with the destination, customs clearance and local carrier conditions.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is US$11.90 per order. Orders of US$60 or more qualify for free shipping. If you shop in another currency, the applicable converted amount and shipping charge are shown at checkout.

Arrived damaged?

Please contact us within 3 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We offer a replacement or refund for items damaged in transit. See our return and refund policy for details. This reporting request does not limit your statutory rights.
